Vinyl Design for Bløf’s Aan De Kust
This fictional project was a handmade 3D art piece created for the Dutch band Bløf. Known for their signature pop rock sound, the band draws deep inspiration from their roots in Zeeland, a southern province of the Netherlands renowned for its vast seas and tranquil lakes.
The album Aan De Kust (At the Sea Coast) is a celebration of Zeeland—the people, the sea, and the unique atmosphere of the region. To reflect this, I designed a vinyl cover that embodies the essence of the album. Entirely crafted by hand, the design is a 3D art object made from clay and paint, capturing the raw and tactile beauty of the Zeeland coast.
This project was developed as part of my work for Shillington Education, where I combined traditional handmade techniques with storytelling to create a visual homage to Bløf and their connection to Zeeland.
